Hailey was playing with her cousins and went to step off one of the steps without looking. Grandma Nan was able to catch her mid-air, but she still landed wrong and fractured her ankle. To save all of the grueling details, here are some of the short details. Hailey is a very tough toddler, she limped around Yosemite still having fun with her cousins. Now back in Sacramento, we have seen the orthopedic specialist and Hailey will be in her cast for the next four weeks. Again back to the tough toddler: Hailey has not been herself,running all around the house, since she got hurt. We walked in the door from the doctor after getting the cast, and I thought I would have to hold her hands to walk. Nope, Hailey ran down the hall to Makenzie. Back to herself, even with a cast
